Client success: Transmark helped a leading international home furnishing company identify and select a financial and operating partner to open a retail boutique in the US market.
Based on rigorously defined criteria, we identified the right partner, developed a business plan, negotiated a Master license agreement and provided operating guidance for the opening of this new boutique in one of Florida’s premiere luxury shopping mall. This project took only 9 months for completion.
