Developing a successful market entry strategy


A French based company, leader in the design and distribution of wireless radio communication systems in the sport industry, was interested in entering the US market.


We conducted an in-depth market opportunity and feasibility study based on product validation, competitive analysis and interviews with potential customers. Based on this research, we identified key target customers interest and needs and build a marketing and financial plan to drive the product launch into the North American market.


Client established an operational structure in the US, and with Transmark Partners ongoing guidance has since succeeded in selling its products to major professional and college sports organizations. To date, it is the only French based company to have succeeded in becoming a major supplier to the NFL.
