Yves founded Transmark Partners in 2001. He leads Transmark in its mission to help clients with strategy and other business development challenges as they build their operations in the US market.
For the past 15 years, Yves has acted as a trusted advisor to over 50 mid cap European companies. His unique business development experience and deep insights of the US marketplace stems from a variety of cross industry and cross functional experiences.
Prior to founding Transmark Partners, Yves had 20+ years of experience in senior marketing management and business development positions in the US, including General Foods, Kraft and Haagen-Dazs. He also served six years as President/CEO of Lalique North America.
Yves is a frequent speaker on the subject of market strategy, entrepreneurship, and intercultural management both in France and in the United States. He was appointed as Trade Advisor to the French Government in 2000 and is co-founder of the French American Entrepreneurship Award.
Nicolas joined Transmark in 2014 as chairman and strategic advisor.
He is a seasoned private equity investor and has led or been involved in mid-market and small cap transactions in France, Europe and in the US for the last 20 years. He started with French fund Apax Partners as Associate Director, then joined pan-European Fund Silverfleet Capital as Director and co-founded Intuitis in 2010.
Prior to his private equity career, Nicolas worked as a management consultant with Bain&Company in Boston serving US and French clients.
Nicolas serves on the boards of Uship, Avime and Sopragglo and previously held numerous board positions including Prezioso, Orexad, Groupe Joa and Sterigenics Inc.
He holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business and a MS in electrical engineering from Supelec (France).
