A European based company leader in the home fragrance market with product inventory in both the US and Canada was interested in exploring cost savings opportunities without sacrificing customer service levels.
We conducted a study to assess the effectiveness of the client’s existing operations, benchmarked service levels against competition and identified solutions to reduce inventory and supply chain costs by consolidating fulfillment operations into one location. Transmark Partners went on to lead a multi-functional team in developing and implementing the new operating structure and migration process.
Client was able to reduce inventory costs by 40% and operating costs by 22% without sacrificing the quality of service to customers in both the US and Canada.
