BUSINESS CHALLENGE

A French tabletop company selling its products through a distributor was interested in accelerating its growth and development in the US market.

We conducted a detailed audit of the distributor and provided an in-depth market opportunity assessment based on customer interviews, competitive / pricing analysis. Following this analysis, we produced a business plan including a local distribution platform, pricing and distribution strategies and selling organization.

RESULTS

Client asked Transmark Partners to manage the relaunch of his brand. In 2 years, client’s business in the US was quadrupled and distribution was achieved among all major targeted department stores.
